Responsibilities

- Collaborate with engineering teams to embed ethical safeguards in AI development pipelines
- Advocate for ethical AI principles in stakeholder communications and industry forums
- Lead cross-functional ethics committees and compliance initiatives
- Research emerging ethical challenges in generative AI and quantum computing
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Ethics, Philosophy, Computer Science, or related field
- 3+ years in AI ethics, compliance, or responsible technology roles
- Deep understanding of global AI regulations (EU AI Act, NIST frameworks)
- Experience with bias detection tools and fairness metrics in ML
- Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional leadership skills
- Published work on AI ethics or participation in ethics boards
- Knowledge of quantum computing's ethical implications preferred
