Responsibilities
- Develop and implement ethical AI governance frameworks for 2026 autonomous systems
- Conduct bias audits and risk assessments for machine learning models
- Collaborate with product teams to embed ethical-by-design principles
- Lead stakeholder workshops on responsible AI adoption strategies
- Research emerging ethical challenges in generative AI and quantum computing
- Author policy recommendations for regulatory bodies and industry standards
- Mentor junior researchers in applied ethics methodologies
Qualifications
- PhD in Philosophy, Computer Science, or related field with 3+ years AI ethics experience
- Expertise in bias mitigation techniques and fairness metrics
- Published work on AI governance or responsible AI frameworks
- Proficiency in Python and ML model interpretability tools
- Experience with regulatory compliance frameworks (EU AI Act, NIST RMF)
- Strong background in ethics of emerging technologies
- Exceptional communication skills for technical/non-technical audiences
