Responsibilities

- Create regulatory compliance documentation for international AI standards
- Lead cross-functional workshops on responsible AI development practices
- Research emerging ethical challenges in generative AI and quantum computing
- Author thought leadership papers on AI policy and societal impact
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Ethics, Philosophy, Computer Science, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in AI governance or technology ethics
- Deep understanding of global AI regulatory frameworks (EU AI Act, NIST RMF)
- Expertise in bias detection methodologies for ML systems
- Proven ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders
- Published research in AI ethics or responsible technology
- Certification in AI ethics (e.g., IEEE, ACM, or equivalent)
