- Stay ahead of evolving global AI regulations and compliance requirements
- Communicate ethical guidelines and findings to stakeholders across all levels
- Drive research on emerging ethical challenges in AI and propose innovative solutions
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Ethics, Computer Science, Philosophy, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in AI ethics, machine learning, or regulatory compliance
- Expertise in AI bias mitigation and fairness assessment techniques
- Deep understanding of global AI regulations (EU AI Act, NIST AI RMF)
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills for complex ethical dilemmas
- Proven ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical audiences
- Strong background in stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration
