Responsibilities

- Collaborate with engineering teams to embed ethical safeguards in AI pipelines
- Author position papers on AI policy for governmental and industry bodies
- Lead cross-functional workshops on responsible AI deployment strategies
- Monitor emerging ethical challenges in generative AI and predictive analytics
Qualifications
- PhD in Ethics, Philosophy, Computer Science, or related field (MS with exceptional experience considered)
- 5+ years researching AI ethics, algorithmic fairness, or responsible AI
- Published work in top-tier ethics/ML conferences (NeurIPS, FAccT, etc.)
- Expertise in bias mitigation techniques for deep learning systems
- Experience developing corporate AI ethics policies or regulatory frameworks
- Strong background in privacy-preserving ML (differential privacy, federated learning)
- Ability to translate complex ethical concepts for technical and non-technical stakeholders
