Responsibilities

Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Philosophy, Ethics, or related field
- 5+ years in AI ethics research or governance roles
- Published work on algorithmic bias or AI transparency
- Expertise in regulatory frameworks (EU AI Act, NIST AI RMF)
- Proficiency in Python and statistical analysis tools
- Experience with stakeholder engagement across technical/non-technical domains
- Strong background in applied philosophy or moral reasoning
