Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Philosophy, Ethics, or related field
- 5+ years researching AI ethics or responsible AI development
- Expertise in bias detection/fairness metrics for ML systems
- Published work in top-tier AI ethics conferences (e.g., FAccT, NeurIPS Ethics)
- Proficiency in Python and statistical analysis tools
- Experience with cross-functional stakeholder engagement
- Deep understanding of global AI regulatory landscapes
- Demonstrated ability to translate complex ethical concepts into actionable guidelines
