- Monitor emerging ethical challenges in generative AI and predictive modeling
- Establish real-time ethics monitoring dashboards for deployed systems
Qualifications
- PhD in Philosophy, Computer Science, or related field with ethics specialization
- 3+ years experience in AI governance or tech ethics compliance
- Published research in top-tier ethics journals (e.g., Nature Human Behaviour)
- Expertise in fairness metrics across diverse demographic datasets
- Proficiency in Python for ethical algorithm auditing
- Familiarity with EU AI Act and NIST AI Risk Management Framework
