- Conduct adversarial testing to identify ethical vulnerabilities
- Publish peer-reviewed research in AI ethics journals
- Advocate for inclusive AI design in product roadmaps
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Philosophy, Ethics, or related field
- 3+ years researching AI ethics or responsible AI
- Expertise in fairness metrics (e.g., disparate impact, equal opportunity)
- Proficiency in Python with ML libraries (TensorFlow/PyTorch)
- Experience with regulatory frameworks (EU AI Act, NIST AI RMF)
- Strong background in moral philosophy or applied ethics
- Published work at NeurIPS/ICML or ethics conferences
- Excellent communication skills for technical/non-technical audiences
