Responsibilities
- Develop proprietary ethical scoring systems for AI behavior validation
- Conduct adversarial testing on autonomous systems to identify ethical vulnerabilities
- Create real-time bias mitigation protocols for high-stakes AI applications
- Author white papers on quantum ethics and neuro-ethical interfaces
- Coordinate with regulatory bodies to shape 2026 AI compliance frameworks
- Mentor a team of 5+ ethics researchers and junior scientists
Qualifications
- PhD in Ethics, Philosophy, Computer Science, or Cognitive Neuroscience
- 5+ years leading AI ethics initiatives at Fortune 500 or FAANG companies
- Published research in top-tier journals (Nature, Science, or equivalent)
- Expertise in quantum machine learning and neuromorphic computing
- Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow Ethics Toolkit, and causal inference modeling
- Experience testifying before congressional technology committees
