Responsibilities
- Design and implement comprehensive AI ethics frameworks for 2026 product roadmap
- Lead bias audits and fairness assessments across ML models and datasets
- Develop corporate policies for responsible AI deployment and human oversight
- Stakeholder engagement with regulators, NGOs, and industry ethics boards
- Create transparency protocols for explainable AI systems
- Train engineering teams on ethical AI development practices
- Conduct scenario planning for emerging AI risks and societal impacts
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Ethics, Philosophy, Computer Science, or related field
- 5+ years in AI governance, compliance, or ethics leadership role
- Expertise in AI bias mitigation and fairness metrics (e.g., disparate impact analysis)
- Deep understanding of EU AI Act, NIST AI RMF, and global AI regulations
- Experience with cross-functional AI ethics implementation
- Published research in AI ethics or responsible technology (preferred)
- Certification in AI Ethics (e.g., IEEE Certifications, EIT Digital)
