- Monitor emerging regulations and industry best practices to update organizational policies
- Collaborate with product teams to embed privacy-by-design and bias mitigation techniques
- Represent the company at industry forums on responsible AI governance
- Train cross-functional teams on ethical AI development practices
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Ethics, Philosophy, Computer Science, or related field with 5+ years of AI governance experience
- Proven track record in developing AI ethics policies for regulated industries
- Deep expertise in algorithmic bias detection and mitigation techniques
- Familiarity with global AI regulatory landscapes (EU, US, Asia-Pacific)
- Exceptional stakeholder management skills across technical and non-technical audiences
- Published work on AI ethics or relevant conference presentations
- Certification in AI governance (e.g., IEEE Ethically Aligned Design)
