Qualifications
- PhD or Master's degree in Ethics, Philosophy, Computer Science, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in AI ethics governance or responsible technology roles
- Deep expertise in bias mitigation techniques for ML systems
- Proven ability to translate complex ethical concepts into actionable guidelines
- Experience with regulatory frameworks (EU AI Act, NIST AI RMF)
- Strong background in data privacy and algorithmic transparency
