Qualifications
- PhD or Master's in Ethics, Philosophy, Computer Science, or related field
- 5+ years in AI governance, compliance, or responsible tech development
- Expertise in bias mitigation techniques and fairness metrics for ML models
- Experience working with regulatory bodies on AI policy frameworks
- Deep understanding of global AI ethics regulations (EU AI Act, NIST frameworks)
- Published research on algorithmic bias or AI ethics preferred
- Certification in AI Ethics (e.g., IEEE Ethically Aligned Design)
- Strong background in quantitative analysis and qualitative research methodologies
