- Create audit trails for AI model lifecycle documentation and compliance
- Advise product teams on ethical AI implementation strategies

Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Ethics, Philosophy, or related field
- 3+ years in AI ethics, governance, or responsible tech roles
- Expertise in bias detection tools and fairness assessment methodologies
- Strong understanding of EU AI Act, NIST AI RMF, and evolving regulations
- Experience with interdisciplinary ethics committees or governance boards
- Published work on AI ethics or demonstrated thought leadership
- Proficiency in Python for bias auditing and model interpretability
