Responsibilities

- Create audit trails for algorithmic accountability systems
- Advise on regulatory compliance for emerging AI standards
- Develop ethics training materials for technical teams
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Philosophy, Law, or related field
- 5+ years in AI ethics, data governance, or compliance
- Expertise in NIST AI RMF and EU AI Act frameworks
- Proficiency in Python for algorithmic bias detection
- Strong background in policy development and stakeholder management
- Certification in Responsible AI (e.g., IBM, Google)
- Published work in AI ethics or technology policy
