Responsibilities
- Develop and implement AI ethics governance frameworks for autonomous systems
- Conduct bias audits and fairness assessments across ML pipelines
- Collaborate with engineering teams to embed ethical safeguards in AI models
- Advise on regulatory compliance for emerging AI technologies
- Create transparency protocols for high-stakes AI decision systems
- Lead cross-functional ethics working groups with industry partners
- Research emerging ethical challenges in generative AI and predictive analytics
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Philosophy, Law, or related field
- 3+ years in AI ethics, compliance, or governance roles
- Expertise in AI fairness metrics and bias mitigation techniques
- Familiarity with global AI regulations (EU AI Act, NIST AI RMF)
- Strong written communication for policy documentation and stakeholder reports
- Experience with ethical review boards or certification processes
- Understanding of quantum computing's impact on AI security
- Certification in AI ethics or data governance preferred
