Responsibilities
- Design and implement ethical governance frameworks for AI systems deployed in high-stakes industries
- Conduct bias audits and fairness assessments across machine learning pipelines
- Develop audit trails for autonomous decision-making systems using blockchain verification
- Collaborate with product teams to embed ethical protocols into AI development lifecycles
- Author regulatory compliance documents for evolving AI governance standards (e.g., EU AI Act 2.0)
- Lead stakeholder workshops on responsible AI adoption with Fortune 500 partners
- Research emerging risks in generative AI and propose mitigation strategies
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Philosophy, Ethics, or related field with AI specialization
- 3+ years experience in AI governance, compliance, or ethics roles
- Expertise in fairness metrics, bias detection algorithms, and interpretability techniques
- Deep understanding of regulatory landscapes (GDPR, NIST AI RMF, etc.)
- Proficiency in Python/R for bias auditing and model transparency analysis
- Experience with MLOps pipelines and AI system documentation
- Certification in AI Ethics (e.g., IEEE Ethically Aligned Design) preferred
- Exceptional communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences
