Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive AI ethics frameworks aligned with emerging 2026 regulatory landscapes
- Conduct algorithmic bias audits and fairness assessments for autonomous systems
- Design governance protocols for AI lifecycle management (development to deployment)
- Collaborate with engineering teams to embed ethical considerations into AI architecture
- Lead stakeholder engagement including regulatory bodies, industry partners, and ethics councils
- Produce actionable policy recommendations for AI risk mitigation and compliance
- Monitor global AI regulatory developments and adapt governance strategies accordingly
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Ethics, Philosophy, Computer Science, Law, or related field
- 3+ years in AI governance, compliance, or responsible tech implementation
- Deep understanding of global AI regulatory frameworks (EU AI Act, NIST AI RMF)
- Experience with algorithmic bias detection and mitigation techniques
- Strong policy writing skills with demonstrable impact on organizational practices
- Expertise in stakeholder engagement across technical and non-technical domains
- Certification in AI ethics or governance (e.g., IEEE Ethically Aligned Design)
