- Advocate regulatory compliance with evolving federal AI safety standards
- Lead cross-functional workshops on responsible AI deployment strategies
- Author white papers on emerging ethical challenges in quantum-encrypted AI
Qualifications
- PhD in Ethics, Philosophy, Computer Science, or related field (Master's with 5+ years experience)
- Proven expertise in AI ethics frameworks (e.g., EU AI Act, NIST RMF)
- Experience with fairness toolkits (IBM AI Fairness 360, Google What-If Tool)
- Deep understanding of post-quantum cryptography implications for AI safety
- Published research on algorithmic bias mitigation or explainable AI
- Strong policy advocacy background with regulatory bodies
