Responsibilities
- Develop and implement AI ethics governance frameworks aligned with 2026 regulatory requirements
- Conduct bias audits and impact assessments for autonomous systems
- Collaborate with engineering teams to embed ethical safeguards in AI development pipelines
- Lead stakeholder engagement sessions with policymakers, academics, and industry partners
- Create transparency documentation for high-stakes AI decision-making processes
- Monitor emerging ethical challenges in generative AI and predictive analytics
- Establish continuous improvement mechanisms for AI ethics compliance
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Ethics, Philosophy, Computer Science, or related field
- 5+ years in AI governance, compliance, or responsible tech development
- Expertise in regulatory frameworks (EU AI Act, NIST AI RMF, etc.)
- Strong understanding of algorithmic bias mitigation techniques
- Experience with stakeholder engagement across diverse cultural contexts
- Published research or practical experience in AI ethics preferred
- Certification in AI ethics (e.g., IEEE, ACM) highly valued
