Responsibilities
- Design and implement ethical governance frameworks for generative AI systems
- Conduct bias audits and fairness assessments of ML models
- Develop company-wide AI ethics policies and training programs
- Collaborate with engineering teams to embed ethical safeguards in AI pipelines
- Represent the organization in AI ethics policy discussions
- Lead incident response protocols for AI system failures
- Research emerging ethical challenges in autonomous systems
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Ethics, Philosophy, Computer Science, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in AI governance or ethics compliance
- Deep understanding of EU AI Act, NIST AI Risk Framework, and ethical AI principles
- Experience conducting algorithmic bias audits and fairness assessments
- Strong background in regulatory compliance for emerging technologies
- Exceptional communication skills for technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Published work or significant contributions to AI ethics discourse
