Qualifications

- Strong understanding of bias mitigation techniques in ML systems
- Certification in AI Ethics or Data Governance (e.g., CDE, CIPM)
- Experience designing explainable AI (XAI) systems
- Proven ability to translate technical concepts for executive audiences
