- Conduct bias audits and risk assessments for machine learning models
- Collaborate with engineering teams to embed ethical design principles
- Advocate for transparent AI practices through stakeholder engagement
- Monitor regulatory developments and update compliance protocols
- Lead cross-functional ethics committees and training initiatives
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Ethics, Computer Science, or related field
- 5+ years in AI governance or technology ethics
- Certification in AI ethics (e.g., IEEE Ethically Aligned Design)
- Expertise in bias mitigation and fairness metrics
- Experience with regulatory frameworks (GDPR, CCPA, EU AI Act)
- Strong stakeholder communication and policy writing skills
