Responsibilities
- Design and implement ethical governance frameworks for autonomous decision-making systems
- Conduct bias audits and fairness assessments across AI models and datasets
- Develop enterprise-wide AI ethics policies and regulatory compliance protocols
- Lead stakeholder engagement with policymakers, NGOs, and industry consortiums
- Create transparent explainability mechanisms for high-stakes AI applications
- Train cross-functional teams on responsible AI deployment practices
- Monitor emerging regulatory landscapes and adapt governance strategies proactively
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Ethics, Philosophy, Computer Science, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 3+ years experience in AI ethics, compliance, or responsible technology governance
- Expertise in EU AI Act, NIST AI RMF, and other emerging regulatory frameworks
- Strong background in algorithmic bias mitigation and fairness metrics
- Published work in AI ethics or philosophy of technology (peer-reviewed)
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex concepts to diverse audiences
- Proficiency in Python for bias analysis and model auditing
