- Create transparency protocols for autonomous decision-making systems
- Mentor ethics task force across 12 R&D centers
- Coordinate with legal teams on evolving AI compliance landscapes
Qualifications
- PhD in Philosophy, Computer Science, or Ethics with AI specialization
- 8+ years in tech governance or AI ethics leadership
- Published work on algorithmic fairness or explainable AI
- Expertise in EU AI Act, NIST AI RMF, and ISO/IEC 42001
- Experience with large-scale LLM deployment governance
- Certification in Responsible AI (e.g., Google AI Practitioner)
- Proven ability to translate technical ethics into policy
