Responsibilities

- Lead stakeholder engagements on responsible AI practices
- Monitor emerging regulations (e.g., EU AI Act, US AI Bill of Rights)
- Establish internal training programs for ethical AI adoption
- Represent company at global AI ethics forums and policy discussions
Qualifications
- PhD or Master's in Ethics, Philosophy, Computer Science, or related field
- 5+ years in AI ethics, compliance, or governance roles
- Deep understanding of machine learning systems and their societal impacts
- Experience with regulatory frameworks (GDPR, AI Act)
- Exceptional communication skills for technical/non-technical audiences
- Published work on AI ethics or responsible AI
- Certification in AI governance (e.g., CEGAI, AIGC)
