Responsibilities
- Design and implement ethical governance frameworks for autonomous decision-making systems
- Lead cross-functional audits of AI bias, fairness, and accountability across quantum/neural networks
- Develop predictive risk models for emergent AI behaviors in 2026+ environments
- Collaborate with policymakers on regulatory standards for cognitive AI systems
- Establish transparency protocols for explainable AI in high-stakes domains

Qualifications
- PhD in Ethics, Philosophy, Computer Science, or related field with 8+ years of AI governance experience
- Expertise in ISO/IEC 42001 and NIST AI Risk Management Framework
- Published research on AI alignment or algorithmic transparency
- Proven track record influencing enterprise AI ethics policies
- Strong background in quantum computing or neuromorphic systems
- Experience with regulatory bodies (FTC, EU AI Act, NIST)
- Certification in AI Ethics (e.g., IBM, Google, or Microsoft programs)
