Responsibilities
- Design and implement comprehensive AI ethics frameworks for autonomous systems deployed in critical infrastructure
- Lead cross-functional working groups to align AI development with emerging regulatory requirements
- Conduct risk assessments for high-stakes AI applications in healthcare, finance, and transportation sectors
- Develop audit protocols for algorithmic bias detection and mitigation strategies
- Represent the company in global AI ethics forums and standards development bodies
- Mentor technical teams on responsible AI implementation practices
- Establish KPIs for ethical AI performance and compliance tracking
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Ethics, or related field with 5+ years in AI governance
- Proven experience developing ethical frameworks for autonomous systems
- Deep understanding of evolving global AI regulations (EU AI Act, NIST frameworks)
- Expertise in bias mitigation techniques for machine learning models
- Strong background in risk assessment methodologies for high-stakes technologies
- Exceptional communication skills for technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Published research in AI ethics or responsible innovation
- Experience with quantum computing interfaces is highly desirable
