Responsibilities

- Establish stakeholder engagement protocols for AI impact assessments
- Create governance blueprints for generative AI content verification systems
- Represent the company in international AI policy forums and consortiums
- Mentor teams on responsible AI development lifecycle integration
Qualifications
- PhD in Ethics, Philosophy, Computer Science, or related field with 5+ years AI governance experience
- Proven track record implementing ethical AI frameworks in Fortune 500 environments
- Deep expertise in EU AI Act, NIST RMF, and global AI regulatory landscapes
- Strong background in machine learning model interpretability techniques
- Certification in AI ethics or responsible AI (e.g., IBM AI Ethics Certificate)
- Experience testifying before legislative bodies on AI policy matters
- Published research on AI alignment or algorithmic accountability
