Responsibilities
- Design and implement comprehensive AI ethics frameworks aligned with 2026 regulatory landscapes
- Conduct algorithmic bias audits and fairness assessments across AI systems
- Develop governance protocols for generative AI and autonomous decision-making systems
- Lead cross-functional working groups on AI transparency and explainability
- Advocate for ethical AI adoption through white papers, industry forums, and policy consultations
- Mentor engineering teams on responsible AI development practices
- Monitor emerging AI risks and update governance protocols proactively
Qualifications
- PhD or Master's degree in Ethics, Philosophy, Computer Science, or related field
- 8+ years of experience in AI ethics, governance, or responsible tech roles
- Deep expertise in bias mitigation, fairness metrics, and algorithmic transparency
- Proven track record of developing AI governance frameworks for enterprise systems
- Familiarity with emerging AI regulations (EU AI Act, NIST AI RMF)
- Exceptional communication skills for translating technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
- Published work in AI ethics journals or industry white papers
