- Research emerging regulatory landscapes (e.g., EU AI Act, US federal guidelines)
- Present ethical AI roadmaps to C-suite and board members
- Mentor junior data scientists on responsible ML practices
Qualifications
- PhD in Ethics, Computer Science, or related field with 5+ years AI governance experience
- Expertise in fairness metrics and bias mitigation for large-scale ML models
- Proven track record of developing corporate AI ethics policies
- Familiarity with ISO/IEC 42001 and NIST AI Risk Management Framework
- Experience testifying before regulatory bodies on AI ethics
- Published research in top-tier journals on algorithmic accountability
- Advanced proficiency in Python and ML interpretability tools (SHAP, LIME)
