Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive AI ethics policies aligned with evolving regulatory landscapes
- Lead cross-functional ethics reviews for AI-powered products and services
- Establish governance frameworks for algorithmic transparency and bias mitigation
- Represent the company in global AI ethics forums and policy discussions
- Train stakeholders on responsible AI deployment practices
- Conduct risk assessments for emerging AI technologies
- Partner with engineering teams to embed ethical considerations in development lifecycles
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Ethics, Computer Science, Law, or related field
- 10+ years in AI governance, compliance, or ethics leadership
- Deep expertise in regulatory frameworks (EU AI Act, NIST AI RMF)
- Proven experience implementing ethical AI frameworks in production environments
- Strong stakeholder management across technical and non-technical audiences
- Published research or thought leadership on AI ethics
- Familiarity with cross-cultural ethical considerations in AI deployment
- Certification in AI governance or ethics (e.g., CEGAI) preferred
