Responsibilities
- Design and implement ethical risk assessments for AI systems across healthcare, finance, and autonomous sectors
- Develop bias detection protocols for machine learning models using advanced statistical analysis
- Create governance frameworks for generative AI deployment in regulated industries
- Lead stakeholder workshops to align technical teams with ethical best practices
- Produce audit reports for regulatory compliance (EU AI Act, NIST AI RMF)
- Research emerging ethical challenges in quantum computing and neural interfaces
- Mentor junior consultants on ethical AI implementation methodologies
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Philosophy, Computer Science, Data Ethics, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 3+ years of experience in AI governance, bias mitigation, or algorithmic auditing
- Expertise in implementing NIST AI Risk Management Framework or equivalent standards
- Proficiency in Python/R for bias analysis and fairness metrics calculation
- Deep understanding of global AI regulations (EU AI Act, US Executive Orders)
