Qualifications
- PhD or equivalent experience in Ethics, Philosophy, Computer Science, or related field
- 5+ years in AI governance, policy development, or ethics compliance
- Deep understanding of machine learning systems and their societal impacts
- Experience with regulatory frameworks (EU AI Act, NIST AI RMF)
- Exceptional written communication for technical and non-technical audiences
- Track record of publishing influential research on AI ethics
- Proficiency in Python and data analysis tools for bias auditing
