As a key member of our Future Innovation Lab, you'll collaborate with world-class engineers, policymakers, and researchers to embed ethical frameworks into AI lifecycle development. You'll influence product roadmaps, conduct impact assessments, and lead initiatives that build trust in AI deployments across healthcare, autonomous systems, and predictive analytics.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive AI ethics frameworks aligned with emerging 2026 regulatory standards
- Conduct bias audits and fairness assessments for high-stakes AI systems
- Lead cross-functional workshops on responsible AI deployment with engineering teams
- Author white papers and policy recommendations for industry and regulatory bodies
- Stakeholder engagement with clients, regulators, and civil society organizations
- Monitor global AI ethics trends and integrate learnings into corporate strategy
- Mentor junior staff in ethical AI principles and future-thinking methodologies
Qualifications
- PhD in Ethics, Philosophy, Computer Science, or related field with 5+ years of AI ethics experience
- Deep expertise in EU AI Act, NIST AI Risk Framework, and emerging 2026 regulations
- Proven track record of designing and deploying ethical AI governance systems
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex ethical concepts to technical teams
- Experience with bias mitigation techniques in machine learning pipelines
- Published research in top-tier ethics/AI journals or conference proceedings
- Fluency in at least one programming language (Python/R) for technical validation
