Responsibilities
- Develop ethical protocols for generative AI and autonomous decision-making systems
- Advocate for inclusive AI design principles across diverse demographic datasets
- Lead cross-functional workshops with engineering teams to embed ethics-by-design
- Author position papers for international tech policy summits (G7, OECD)
- Conduct risk assessments for neuromorphic computing applications
- Design transparency frameworks for algorithmic decision auditing
- Mentor junior ethicists through our Future Leaders program
Qualifications
- PhD in Philosophy, Computer Science, or Cognitive Science with ethics focus
- 5+ years in AI governance or policy development at Fortune 500 or UN agency
- Published work in top-tier ethics journals (e.g., Nature Human Behaviour)
- Deep understanding of EU AI Act, NIST RMF, and emerging global standards
- Experience with adversarial testing of LLMs and generative models
- Certification in Responsible AI from IEEE or similar organization
- Fluency in at least two technical programming languages (Python, R, etc.)
