Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Ethics, Philosophy, Computer Science, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in AI ethics, responsible AI, or technology governance
- Deep understanding of machine learning principles and model development lifecycle
- Expertise in bias detection, fairness metrics, and algorithmic accountability
- Experience with regulatory frameworks (GDPR, EU AI Act, NIST AI RMF)
- Strong analytical skills with ability to translate complex ethical concepts into actionable guidelines
- Excellent communication skills for diverse technical and non-technical audiences
