Responsibilities
- Develop and implement ethical governance frameworks for autonomous systems
- Conduct bias audits across machine learning pipelines
- Author corporate AI ethics policies aligned with evolving regulations
- Lead cross-functional ethics review boards for high-stakes AI deployments
- Advocate for ethical AI design in product development lifecycles
- Research emerging ethical challenges in post-quantum computing environments
- Train stakeholders on responsible AI implementation practices
Qualifications
- PhD in Philosophy, Ethics, Computer Science, or related field
- 5+ years in AI ethics or responsible technology governance
- Published work on algorithmic bias mitigation or AI transparency
- Expertise in IEEE Ethically Aligned Design frameworks
- Experience with regulatory compliance (GDPR, EU AI Act, NIST AI RMF)
- Strong background in machine learning model interpretability
- Ability to communicate complex ethical concepts to technical and non-technical audiences
