Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Ethics, Philosophy, Computer Science, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in AI ethics, governance, or responsible tech
- Expertise in bias mitigation and fairness metrics for ML systems
- Deep understanding of global AI regulations (EU AI Act, NIST frameworks)
- Proven ability to translate complex ethical concepts for technical teams
- Published work on AI ethics or technology ethics preferred
- Experience with cross-functional stakeholder management
