Responsibilities
- Lead development of 2026 technology strategy roadmap with 3-year vision
- Architect enterprise AI frameworks integrating generative and predictive models
- Identify and evaluate emerging tech opportunities (quantum, AR/VR, neuromorphic computing)
- Drive cross-functional implementation of pilot programs with measurable ROI
- Present strategic briefings to investors, board members, and industry consortiums
- Build and mentor a high-performing innovation lab team
- Monitor geopolitical/regulatory impacts on tech adoption and adapt strategies
Qualifications
- 15+ years in tech strategy with 5+ years in AI/ML leadership
- Proven track record scaling enterprise AI initiatives (GPT-4, LLMs)
- Deep expertise in quantum computing and biotech convergence
- Published thought leadership in IEEE, Nature, or HBR
- Experience securing $10M+ in innovation grants or venture funding
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science/AI with top-tier university pedigree
- Fluency in at least two programming languages (Python, R, Julia)
- Exceptional communication with technical and non-technical stakeholders
