- Create strategic roadmaps for AI integration across business units
- Present findings to C-suite executives and external stakeholders
- Ensure ethical AI governance and compliance with evolving regulations
Qualifications
- 8+ years in AI/ML with 3+ years in strategic leadership roles
- Expertise in Python, TensorFlow, and cloud platforms (AWS/GCP)
- Published research in NLP or reinforcement learning (NeurIPS/ICML papers preferred)
- Proven track record of scaling AI initiatives in Fortune 500 environments
- Certification in AI governance frameworks (e.g., NIST AI RMF)
- Experience with agile methodologies for tech innovation
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science/Engineering
