Responsibilities
- Architect and deploy scalable Large Language Models (LLMs) tailored for enterprise applications.
- Lead the research and implementation of novel transformer architectures to push the boundaries of Natural Language Processing.
- Establish rigorous AI ethics and safety protocols to ensure responsible deployment in production.
- Collaborate with cross-functional product teams to translate technical vision into user-centric features.
- Optimize model inference performance for real-time, high-volume applications.
- Mentor junior engineers and foster a culture of technical excellence and continuous learning.
- Define and execute the technical roadmap for AI capabilities leading up to 2026.
Qualifications
- Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related technical field.
- Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, and TensorFlow.
- Proven track record of implementing state-of-the-art models (BERT, GPT, LLaMA, etc.).
- Strong understanding of distributed systems and cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP/Azure).
- Experience with MLOps pipelines, containerization (Docker/Kubernetes), and model versioning.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Demonstrated leadership in technical project management.
