Responsibilities
- Architect the Future: Design and oversee the development of next-generation AI models tailored for 2026 market demands and long-term scalability.
- Strategic Leadership: Define the technical vision and roadmap for AI integration across all Nexus Horizon product lines.
- R&D Oversight: Lead a team of elite data scientists and engineers in exploring frontier technologies including Generative AI and Large Language Models (LLMs).
- System Integration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to seamlessly integrate AI solutions into core business infrastructure and legacy systems.
- Performance Optimization: Continuously monitor, optimize, and fine-tune AI algorithms to ensure maximum efficiency and accuracy.
- Risk Management: Proactively identify potential ethical, security, and technical risks associated with AI evolution and implement mitigation strategies.
Qualifications
- Education: Ph.D. or Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or a related technical field.
- Experience: Minimum of 8 years of experience in AI/ML engineering, with at least 3 years in a strategic or leadership capacity.
- Technical Expertise: Deep understanding of neural networks, NLP, computer vision, and reinforcement learning.
- Programming: Proficiency in Python, C++, or similar languages, with experience in deploying models on cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
- Innovation: A proven track record of delivering innovative AI projects that have a measurable impact on business outcomes.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to translate complex technical concepts into actionable insights for non-technical stakeholders.
