In this role, you will define the technical roadmap for our next-generation multi-agent frameworks, ensuring scalability, security, and high-performance reasoning capabilities.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable architectures for autonomous AI agents capable of long-term planning and task execution.
- Lead the integration of Large Language Models (LLMs) with retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) pipelines.
- Optimize agent orchestration layers to reduce latency and improve decision-making accuracy.
- Collaborate with product and engineering teams to translate 2026 vision into production-ready software.
- Establish best practices for AI safety, bias mitigation, and ethical deployment.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in AI/ML or distributed systems.
- Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, and modern frameworks like LangChain or AutoGen.
- Proven track record of deploying LLM-based applications at scale.
- Strong understanding of vector databases (e.g., Pinecone, Milvus) and semantic search.
- Experience with cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP/Azure) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
