Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science/AI or equivalent with 5+ years in advanced system architecture
- Expertise in transformer models, reinforcement learning, and quantum computing
- Proven track record deploying AI systems at >100M user scale
- Published research in top-tier AI/ML conferences (NeurIPS, ICML, etc.)
- Mastery of distributed computing frameworks (Kubernetes, TensorFlow Extended)
- Experience with neuromorphic hardware (Loihi, IBM TrueNorth)
- Strong background in AI ethics and regulatory compliance frameworks
- Fluency in Python, Rust, and low-level optimization techniques
