Responsibilities
- Architect Next-Gen Infrastructures: Design and oversee the deployment of distributed, fault-tolerant systems specifically architected for high-frequency Agentic AI interactions and autonomous workflows.
- Edge Computing Leadership: Lead the architectural transition from cloud-centric models to hybrid edge architectures, optimizing for real-time latency and reduced bandwidth usage.
- Quantum-Ready Security: Implement and maintain post-quantum cryptographic standards to future-proof our data infrastructure against emerging computational threats.
- Performance Engineering: Continuously refactor legacy codebases to improve throughput and efficiency using Rust, Go, and modern Python frameworks.
- Technical Strategy: Conduct research into emerging tech stacks, evaluating their viability for integration into our core product lines and roadmaps.
- Mentorship: Guide a team of forward-thinking engineers, fostering a culture of technical excellence and continuous learning.
Qualifications
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in Systems Architecture, with a specific focus on AI integration, machine learning ops, or high-performance computing.
- Technical Stack: Deep proficiency in Python, Rust, or Go, with strong experience in containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) and serverless computing.
- AI Expertise: Deep understanding of Large Language Models (LLMs), vector databases, and semantic search technologies.
- Security: Strong background in cybersecurity, specifically in zero-trust architecture and encryption protocols.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; Master’s degree or Ph.D. preferred.
- Soft Skills: Exceptional communication skills to bridge the gap between technical vision and business goals.
