Responsibilities
- Define and execute the technical vision for the '2026' product roadmap, ensuring scalability and long-term viability.
- Architect and optimize cloud-native solutions using AWS and Kubernetes to support high-traffic environments.
- Lead cross-functional collaboration between AI researchers, product managers, and engineering teams to integrate emerging technologies.
- Establish best practices for code quality, security, and performance monitoring across the organization.
- Identify and mitigate technical risks before they impact product delivery timelines.
- Mentor junior architects and engineers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and innovation.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in a senior architectural or lead role.
- Deep expertise in distributed systems, microservices architecture, and cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP/Azure).
- Strong background in data science and machine learning infrastructure to support predictive modeling.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
- Proven track record of managing technical debt and driving architectural refactoring in large-scale environments.
