Qualifications
- PhD in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or equivalent with 8+ years
- Published work on AI alignment or human-computer symbiosis (Nature/Science)
- Proven track record scaling deep-tech ventures from concept to $100M+
- Expertise in foresight methodologies (Horizon Scanning, Delphi, Cross-Impact)
- Fluency in quantum computing and synthetic biology convergence dynamics
- Portfolio of deployed solutions solving 10-year-ahead challenges
- Security clearance for government-level future intelligence projects
