- Design scenario-planning frameworks for geopolitical, technological, and environmental uncertainties
- Establish KPIs and measurement systems for long-term innovation initiatives
- Pioneer ethical governance protocols for emerging technologies
- Present strategic visions to investors, board members, and industry consortiums
- Mentor next-generation futurists and build internal foresight capabilities
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futures research
- Proven expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and horizon scanning
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, quantum, synthetic biology)
- Experience with global risk assessment frameworks (WFS, Global Risks Report)
- Exceptional data storytelling and executive communication skills
- Advanced degree in strategic foresight, economics, or relevant STEM field
- Published thought leadership on future-of-work or industry disruption
- Certification in Strategic Foresight or similar preferred
